Iggy Azalea Is Getting A Divorce From Alleged Sex Tape Partner

Iggy Azalea is getting divorced ... Thing is, we didn't know she was married and neither did she.

 

We've obtained divorce docs -- filed in Texas by Hefe Wine (aka Maurice Williams) -- seeking to end what appears to be a common-law marriage.

Wine says he and Iggy "agreed to be married, holding themselves out as man and wife and began residing together in the State of Texas on or about September, 2008." He says they began living separately last year.

In Texas ... a man and a woman who live together for any length of time are considered legally married if they agree to be married and hold themselves out to others as husband and wife.

Iggy's rep tells TMZ ... she NEVER held herself out as Hefe's wife and never agreed to be married.



 Hefe is asking the judge to prohibit Iggy from selling various assets they accumulated during the marriage. Iggy and Hefe have been at each other's throats over the rights to music she wrote while they were together -- music worth millions and millions of bucks.


Is Iggy getting a divorce from a marriage neither she nor we knew she was in?? We’re not the only ones confused. Iggy didn’t know she was married either.

Maurice Williams who also goes by Hefe Wine, is the dude who claims to have a sex tape with Iggy and now apparently also a “common law marriage.” Williams claims the he and Iggy “agreed to be married, holding themselves out as man and wife and began residing together in the State of Texas on or about September, 2008." Iggy’s rep has set the record straight telling TMZ that Iggy never agreed to a common law marriage nor ever presented herself as Williams’ wife. She believes this accusation is just another desperate attempt to cash in on Iggy’s success.

 
The only foundation Williams has to base his accusations off of is the fact that in the state of Texas, a man and woman who live together for a substantial period of time and present themselves to others as a united couple, can be considered legally married if both parties agree. Huge emphasis on AGREE. Which Iggy apparently did not.

Sources say that Williams is also claiming that he and Iggy have written some of her music together and therefore is entitled to half a share in her earnings. Um, bye.
Mr. Goldigger, I mean Williams, is also asking the judge to stop Iggy from allegedly selling possessions she and Williams obtained during their time together.


But come on. We all know that Iggy is happily shipped with Lakers star, Nick Young and this wouldn’t be the first time dudes have tried to come for Iggy claiming they’ve done X, Y, and Z with her for attention or compensation. I’ll be the first to declare this rumor patrol worthy and give it a huge false stamp of approval.

The lawyer for Bynes' parents Tamar Arminak is responding to Amanda's tweets, telling TMZ ...

 "My clients are heartbroken by these false accusations. Their older children are also horrified at the situation."

Bynes then took the statements back, writing, "My dad never did any of those things The microchip in my brain made me say those things but he's the one that ordered them to microchip me."


"I am heartbroken today for my husband of 47 years," Lynn Bynes' attorney Tamar Arminak tells E! News exclusively in a statement on her behalf. "Rick has been the best father and husband a family can ask for. He has never abused Amanda or our other children physically or sexually.

These accusations are absolutely horrible and could not be further from the truth! These allegations stem from Amanda's mental state at the moment. They have no basis in reality. It saddens me beyond belief that my husband's character could be slandered in such a way."

 Katy Perry was thrown into the mix as a potential frontrunner for the big gig back, with Coldplay and gal-pal Rihanna Katy recently said on ESPN’s College Game Day, after rumors surfaced that the league wanted artists to pay to play in the coveted halftime slot.

Total Siyapaa, now plans to launch southern actress Anushka Shetty in Bollywood with his next film, titled Juvenile.

Filmmaker E Niwas, who last directed

"I have narrated the script to Anushka and she has liked it, but it's in a very initial stage right now. Neither we have confirmed anything nor have we got a confirmation from her end," E Niwas told IANS.

"Anushka is one of the top actresses, she fits the bill (for the movie) and so we zeroed in on her. We are in the process of (finalising) it and we will take a call by end of this month (September)," he added.

Talking about his film he said: "The film is titled Juvenile and it's a multi-starrer. It's a fresh script and not a remake. It's not even a women-centric film. It has multiple stories, which get connected in the climax. I will start shooting for this film in January 2015."

Anushka is among the leading actresses of the Tamil and Telugu film industries. She is currently working in Telugu film Baahubali and an untitled Tamil film with Ajith Kumar.
