Pretty clearly imitating the infamous butt selfie snapped by that reality star last October, Rose is placing her impressive rear end on full display in the picture, which featured bootylicious figure in a G-string style swimsuit. We also see Rose's shaved head, which is accessorized with painted-on red hearts, along with her left arm full of tattoos.
